Berkeley California Hates America

Get ready for this one folks. It will make you sick to your stomach. I will be doing a story on this, but wanted to let you have a sneak peek at the video. Hope it doesn’t make you toss your cookies.
“We’re confronted with a military apparatus that has billions of dollars at its disposal to bombard our young people and the nation with propaganda. The few, the proud…you know.”
“This Marine recruiting state is, um, a sales, uh, propaganda, uh, um, arm of the military..of the war, basically.”
“This is mass murder, that’s taking place, and we know it.”
“The Marines are killers”
Those statements would probably not enrage Americans when coming from AlQuida, but the sad truth is that they came from members of the Berkeley City Council and the traitorous citizens of the City of Berkeley California. That should enrage you.
On January 29, 2008, the Berkeley, California City Council voted 6 to 3 to ban the Marines from Berkeley. This was done after the incendiary remarks made by several residents and Councilmen calling the Marines murderers, baby killers, intruders and unwelcomed. One can only hope that if a foreign country attacked Berkeley, the Marines wouldn’t show up to help.
This movement was started by the ultra radical violent left-wing group called “Code Pink.”. Code Pink is a group that has made it a mission to deface recruiting offices and demoralize our troops. For the past several weeks, they have blocked the entrance to the recruiting office in Berkeley, chained themselves to the door and protested in front of the station. They called our beloved sons military predators, baby killers, mass murderers and rapists. How shameful.
But, we do defend their right to say such treasonous things..which by the way, they have the right to say because of the Marines, the Army, the Navy, the Air Force and the Coast Guard.
Since this pathetic display by the whackos from Berkeley, Mayor Tom Bates has pulled back and admitted that they “went too far”. Probably because Patriotic Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC) threatened to cut off more than $2M in federal funding from the City. He is sponsoring a bill to cut the funding off, but with the Democrats in control of congress, his bill will probably never make it to the floor for a vote. Instead, he should place an “anonymous hold” on the funding next time it comes up for a vote in the budget. Any Senator may place these type of holds on funding, which in effect, cuts the funding off.
Whatever happens, we hope both the State of California and the Federal Government strangles the funds from this treasonous city.

Actually, these people should be lauded for practicing their right to free speech. It’s very American to say things that everyone might not agree with. True patriots!

No, it doesn’t make them patriots. They are anything but patriots. Just exercising one’s rights does not make someone a patriot. Saying things that everyone might not agree with with does NOT make someone a patriot. It is an utterly ridiculous notion that these people are patriotic. They do not just “say” things. They use force and violence. Criticizing one’s country does not make you patriotic. These people are the MOST UNPATRIOTIC CREATURES ON EARTH.
