Might not be. They have made a lot of very poor choices over the decades, but when they make a decision that actually upholds the plain meaning of the constitution, I think they did it right. And, when you consider the fact that there are at least four activists on the court and that is very close to being a sovereign court.

They do, Lonely. But thats just because they are liberals and democrats. That combination has nothing but contempt for the American people and the Constitution.

I definitley think the republican party is in trouble…but not necessarily conservatism. The problem was an unholy alliance with the Far Right, neocons and big government ‘conservatives’.

We’ve just got to get back to basics and start thinking about what we can do to appeal to Centrists.

I wish libs could ever put politics behind them to act equally sincere. They would be dancing in the streets if this was a Republican.

It’s tough for the Kennedy family right now. And regardless of his politics, Kennedy has been a leader in the Senate and has fought passionately for his beliefs. I respect that.

Look. I said I didn’t care whether or not same sex marriage is allowed. I never advocated the ban of it and certainly opposed the constitutional amendment on the federal level. I never said anything derogatory about homosexuals.

YOU SIR are the one who is spewing the hateful speech and anger. I have never seen anyone as angry and hateful as you and your side of the issue. There is evidence in that you ask me the question of how does gay marriage hurt me…i already answered that in my post. You either didn’t read the post past the first few sentences or you are incapable of comprehending what I was saying. In either case, I never uttered one hateful word. You are the hateful bloviator…
